Not your typical cornbread, our Moist Maple Cornbread is fluffy and cake-like with a nice crisp golden top. Sweetened with real maple syrup and butter, it’s decadent, delicious, and makes you go back for more.

We use only 4 simple ingredients in our Moist Maple Cornbread mix: organic einkorn flour, organic corn meal, aluminum-free baking powder, and unrefined sea salt.

  • Butter (can easily be substituted with coconut oil if dairy-free)

    This was simple to make and the yummiest, healthiest cornbread we have ever had! It was quite addictive, so I suggest buying two!

    We love this cornbread mix! We ate it with a big pot soup on a rainy day and the remainder went in the cornbread stuffing for Thanksgiving.

    I experimented tonight. There are only 2 of us and I knew we would not eat an entire pan of cornbread. I measured the bag of the mix, and found there are 2 cups in the bag. I halved the recipe and poured the batter into 6 buttered muffin tins. Baked it about 11 minutes (keep a close eye) and they were PERFECT! Best of all, I have half a bag to do it again. They were very moist, with the great crust on top. Love, Love!

    I am not normally a cornbread person. Mostly because most cornmeal is GMO, but also I find most cornbread is just dry and requires a glob of butter to help it go down. I decided to try TRP since it was organic cornmeal plus aluminum-free baking powder, and I was pleasantly surprised at how moist and absolutely delicious this cornbread was! It had a nice light crisp outside while being totally moist on the inside. It made a lot though, too much for one person, so I think next time I will divide it out such as Carolyn above had done. I also did well with the Einkorn flour. Most commercial wheat is inflammatory and messes with my stomach so I am thrilled I had no bad reaction to the Einkorn!
